After hours emergencies are issues such as a flood (not a drip or leak) that requires immediate assistance. In the event of a fire call 911. The after-hours technician determines if the issue is the responsibility of the HOA.
Any text messages or voice mail messages for non-emergency issues will be responded to during office hours.
Garage Auto Repair is the towing company for PWHOA - 435-654-0538
A Variance Request is required for any work beyond the sheetrock prior to any renovation/remodel being started. A change in flooring type, window or door replacement, also, requires a Variance Request to be submitted.
