After hours emergencies are issues like a fire or flood (not a drip or leak ) that requires immediate attention from the Homeowners Association.

Any text messages or voice mail messages for non-emergency issues will be responded to during office hours.

The Powder Wood HOA cannot be involved in owner- related rental units as far as advertising or listing them. No For Sale or For Rent signs are permitted to be placed anywhere on the property.
